Dalam sebuah announcement, terdapat bagian-bagian penting yang harus disebutkan. Diantaranya adalah :
- The Title/Type of An Event (Judul/ Jenis Kegiatan)
- Date and Time (Tanggal dan Waktu)
- Place (Tempat)
- Contact Person/Address (Alamat)

Each summer Claybourne University School of Business Administration offers special courses for experienced manager who want to sharpen their existing business skills or learn new ones. You will study with your peers in a week-long intensive session that stimulates the world of international commerce. You will learn new theories and study the way business is conducted around the world. Students in previous session have reported that what they learned was immediately applicable to their own work situation.

Grammar Focus
A pronoun is a word that is used in place of a noun. You will want to include pronouns in your writing to reduce repetition and make your writing smooth.
Review the rules :
- All pronoun replace or refer to nouns.
- Singular pronouns : I, you, he, she, it.
- Plural pronouns : we, you, they (notice that you can be singular or plural).
- Pronouns can be subject or objects. They are called subject pronouns or object pronouns. Subject cause the action of the verb, and object receive the action of the verb.
Personal Pronoun - Singular
